Founder George Azar, of blessed memory, introduced our local community to hummus, falafel, baba ghanoush and the delight of pure ingredients and interesting flavors. Roast Rider has partnered with Azar’s to create meze plates and other fresh, from-scratch Mediterranean dishes.
